Sputtering line

Demanding cosmetic plastic parts are often metallized. Metallization is being performed on lines PylonMet VXL. We have four identical lines of this type. This technology is based on extremely deep vacuum sputtering of metal nano -layer on three-dimensional plastic parts.

The metalized parts are for:

• Automotive industry – parts for front and rear headlamps, reflectors and parabolas.
• Electro technical industry – plastic components for lamps, parts with reflective layer.
• We are able to coat the plastic parts with aluminum, copper, titanium, stainless steel.
• The delivery of parts from moulding shop is ensured with help of 8 transport belts from 12 injection machines.
